Med Warshafsky / Kordovsky har fotograf Kristina Demant og grafisk designer Kristina Kordovsky dannet sig en ramme hvorfra de sammen frit kan skabe billeder under tilfældige temaer. De arbejder udfra et dogme om at hvert værk eller bog skal præsentere et univers for læseren men ikke diktere en bestemt fortolkning. Den simple opsætning og det blanke cover vil gå igen og hver bog vil blot have sit eget nummer og evt. en enkelt titel. Konceptet giver plads til impulsivitet, da det er relativt små oplag og det giver en frihed til at formidle selv de skøreste og skæve anskuelser de har på livet.

Er den første kunstbog i rækken. Med en blanding af fotografier og illustrationer har Demant og Kordovsky skabt et smukt og ærligt univers, under temaet pussy memo. Den er trykt i et begrænset opslag på 1000 eksemplarer. Publiceret af kunstnerne selv under navnet Warshafsky / Kordovsky.

Sarah Sanctuary Williams is a new Papermoiselle
Though born and raised in Copenhagen, Sarah spent many of her formative years travelling in Central and South America with her father, who worked as a photographer and filmmaker. During the years of travelling Sarah grew a strong passion for Latin art and cultural heritage. Furthermore the huge social contrasts, that are inevitable in Latin America as around the world, influenced her in many ways and rooted a social indignation that she unceasingly draws upon in her work – particularly when depicting the impacts of social injustice.
After gaining a Masters degree in Visuel Arts & Communication from the The Royal Danish Academy of Arts in Copenhagen 2003, Sarah has run her successful studio DasRotesRabbit that, alongside her photography career, embraces graphic design and illustration.
Sarah continues to travel with her work and combine both commercial and personal projects. Her clients vary from internationally non-profit organizations to the largest publishing houses in Scandinavia.

The source of my inspiration is rooted in the simplicity of scandinavian design tradition. The key words behind my creative philosophy is to create an authentic look, with a feel of ethnicity combined with a contemporary design and color palette.
